Affordable Housing Informational Session via Zoom on Tuesday, Nov. 1st from 5-6PM

Presidio Bay Ventures, the developer of Ventana Residences, is building 48 new affordable homes at 99 Ocean Avenue. The units will be available for move-in by early/mid-2023. We will be partnering with local groups and the Mayor’s Office of Housing and Community Development to host a series of informational sessions and workshops during the Fall of 2022. The process to apply, qualify, and participate in the City’s lottery system can take time, which is why we are hosting these events up to 6 months prior to first move-ins.
